Privacy Policy for StitchControl

1. Overview

StitchControl is a business/internal factory application for production management in textile factories. The application is intended to be used by companies and their authorized workers, supervisors and administrators.

2. Data the application may collect or process

Depending on how the company configures and uses StitchControl, the app may process:

• worker ID / login ID;
• production entries and operation records;
• attendance and work records;
• quality control records;
• defect photos if the user uploads them;
• messages between the company and workers;
• device/app technical data needed for sync, security and troubleshooting.

3. Purpose of processing

Data is used only for production, payroll, quality control, warehouse, packaging and workforce management. StitchControl does not use this data for advertising.

4. Where data is stored

Data is stored on the company server or an authorized server selected by the company. The mobile app may temporarily store offline data on the device so entries can be synchronized when the server becomes available.

5. Sharing and selling data

StitchControl does not sell personal or business data to third parties. Data is handled for the company that uses the system and may be accessed only by authorized users or service providers necessary to operate the system.

6. User requests

Users can request correction or deletion of their data through their company administrator. The company administrator is responsible for managing business records and deciding how long data must be retained for legal, payroll or operational reasons.

7. Security

StitchControl is designed for business use with controlled access. Companies should configure secure server access, user permissions and backups according to their internal policies.
